Feature of PET strap production line
1. Extruder adopts PET special screw, unique parameter design, screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, to ensure the uniform plasticization of raw materials, with large extrusion capacity, good plasticization, high hardness, high wear resistance and other advantages
2. The net changer adopts chemical fiber professional filter, large area filter device, the expansion area of the filter is 30 times the size of the traditional flat filter, the filter mesh number can choose 80-150 mesh, the unique net changer device, reduce the time of changing the net and improve the work efficiency.
3. The rotary honeycomb dehumidification drying system is used to dry raw materials, and the dew point value can reach -50C, which is fully dried, and has a certain solid phase condensation and viscosity effect on raw materials.
4. The equipment adopts a special twice stretching process to make the finished packing belt rigid, stable width, and improve the tensile strength of the finished product.
5. The whole machine adopts high-precision machining parts, so that the product molding quality is stable, and the width and thickness errors are far less than the national standard.
