Features of PET packing strap production line:
1. The extruder adopts PET special screw with unique parameter design. The screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, which ensures the uniform plasticization of raw materials. It has large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness and high wear resistance. Etc.
2. The three-dimensional folded super-large area filter device, the unfolded area of the filter screen is 30 times larger than that of the traditional flat filter screen; the filtering mesh number can reach 80 meshes, and the unique screen changing device greatly reduces the screen changing time and improves the work efficiency.
3. Using the rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system to dry the raw materials, the dew point of -50 °C ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, and it has the effect of solid-phase polycondensation and viscosity enhancement.
4. The equipment adopts a unique two-stretching process, which has good rigidity and stable width, and improves the tensile strength of the finished product.
5. High-precision parts make the product molding quality stable, and the width and thickness fluctuations are far smaller than the national standard;
6. The unique oven circulation heating system adopts reciprocating winding method inside, making full use of thermal energy to greatly reduce power loss.
